About Us

PHE Group is a specialist electrical and instrumentation contractor built for complexity, grounded in care. With five specialist divisions and over 50 years’ experience, we deliver projects and partnerships that last.

Since 1974, PHE has delivered complex, high-risk industrial projects where performance and precision matter most.

We’re a specialist electrical and instrumentation contractor with a national footprint and an international outlook. Structured for scale and trusted to deliver, our teams handle remote locations, tight deadlines, and technical complexity everyday.

We support dynamic sectors – from energy transition to advanced manufacturing and resource reform. As these industries change, our clients rely on us to deliver with consistency and adapt in step with their priorities. Our enduring relationships with Tier 1 asset owners reflect our ability to respond, adapt and deliver – together.

End-to-end support across five integrated divisions

PHE Group has five integrated divisions: Power and Infrastructure, Mining, High Voltage, Engineering, and Logistics. Together, they translate broad capability into a cohesive service that clients can engage with confidence. We can support every phase of a project, from early engagement and design, through to installation, commissioning, shutdowns, and site logistics.

Each division draws on the company’s operational maturity, built over 50 years of continuous delivery. Divisions maintain their own workforce, project portfolio and specialised capability.

With a connected structure, we offer tighter coordination, fewer gaps, and a single point of responsibility. It’s how we consistently complete every project on time, on specification, and without compromise.

Capable and consistent partners for every phase

With 400+ people and a fleet of 350+ plant assets across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania, we’re positioned to respond quickly and deliver consistency.

The numbers matter, but the people matter more. Clients partner with PHE Group because we do what we promise: delivering on time, every time. That reliability is especially valued in some of Australia’s most remote and technically demanding environments, where performance is critical. Our integrated teams bring experience, accountability and clarity – giving clients confidence, even in complex conditions.
