Our commitment begins with employment. We hire locally, support regional economies and invest in skills development through structured pathways that support real careers. More than 400 apprentices have come through our program – many of them still with us. It is a model built on loyalty, mentorship and performance, designed to activate a sustainable employment legacy that benefits individuals, families, and the regions in which we operate.
We build inclusive teams that reflect the diversity of modern Australia. This includes partnering with Indigenous employment providers, broadening access for women in trades, supporting global talent, and creating space for people with different abilities and ways of thinking to thrive. Our focus is capability – and creating the environment where it can grow.
